At One Mediation, we offer collaborative solutions to family conflict. We offer mediation services to married or unmarried couples seeking a divorce or dissolution of their relationship while avoiding a costly, drawn-out litigation process.

Jaclyn is dedicated to helping families navigate and resolve their divorce or separation.

Jaclyn is trained and certified in family mediation. By providing caring, accurate, thorough, and creative mediation services, she is able to effectively assist with the process of separation and finalizing your divorce.

Jaclyn graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, in Bloomington, Indiana, with a J.D. in 2018. She began serving as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in 2020.

Jaclyn’s experience working in family law on divorce and child custody cases, among many other types of cases in the family law field, illuminated the importance and necessity of healthy dispute resolution in matters so personal to each and every one of us.

Jaclyn is a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator with the State of Indiana and an AFCC-informed solo-practitioner (Indiana AFCC). She has trained with some of the most talented and effective mediators in Indiana and beyond. Jaclyn encourages a cooperative approach, enabling families to focus on rebuilding relationships, and generate positive communication, while prioritizing the best interests of all parties involved.

  • Volunteer Mediator with the Families Matter Triage Program (June 2024 - July 2026), mediating family issues for self-represented parties who are based in Floyd County, Indiana

  • MASIC-S training, to implement intimate partner violence (IPV) screenings prior to mediation sessions

  • Indiana Supreme Court - 40-hour Domestic Mediation training

  • Monroe County CASA - 33-hour training on family dynamics of abuse and neglect, child protection laws, and professionalism
